Service A & Service B
Mercedes uses an A/B service scheme: Service A is the smaller interval service, Service B the larger one. We do both to Mercedes spec, with the correct oil, filters, fluids and inspection, and reset the service indicator.

What is the difference between Mercedes Service A and Service B?
Service A is the smaller, earlier interval service; Service B is the larger one that adds more checks and replacements. We do both to Mercedes spec and reset the service indicator.
What does "auxiliary battery malfunction" mean on my Mercedes?
It means the small backup (auxiliary) battery that supports the electrical system is failing. It's a common, fixable fault, we diagnose and replace it correctly.
